Context Personalization + A/B

We were using Pagefly and Context together to create dynamic homepage banners for our 4th of July promotion, but ran into an issue where the banners weren’t clickable. I reached out to the CONTEXT team to help troubleshoot, and within just a couple of business hours, they identified the root cause — a compatibility issue introduced by recent platform changes (outside their control) — and deployed a hotfix.

Their communication was clear, their support was fast, and the issue was fully resolved the same day.

Fantastic application! It has solved many challenges we've faced by delivering the correct messages to our different markets. This app allows us to display specific banners to various locations, which is exactly what we’ve been searching for. This app is wonderfully simple. It allows us to display custom content (we use it for targeted promo codes) to very particular audiences (we mainly use the UTM functionality) - it doesn't do much, a good thing in my view, and what it does, it does it wonderfully effectively. It's also worth mentioning that the support and development team have been very communicative and responsive, making our continued use of it an even easier decision.
