Description
A style which exudes vibrancy and complexity. Distinctive generosity of dark berry fruits with mouthwatering tannins which match perfectly to food. Fermented in open top fermenters, hand plunged twice daily at temperatures averaging 28 deegrees. Winemaking encourages deep and dense structures, but with spice and minerality. Aromatics of rose hip, licorice and black jube, blueberry fruits with dark plums. Powerful, long and lingering, loads of plum and dark berry fruit sitting neatly with savoury tannin and licks of vanilla.
